Individual therapy sessions are designed to help clients navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. I utilize evidence-based treatments to help clients build resiliency, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve their goals. I have a cognitive behavioral therapy orientation. All sessions are provided virtually.
Family therapy is designed to help families build stronger relationships, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. Every family has unique strengths, and I will work to identify those strengths and build on them to create a more positive and supportive family environment.
All sessions occur via Telehealth. Telehealth sessions allow clients to receive quality mental health care from the comfort and convenience of their own homes. I utilize a secure and easy-to-use platform to provide clients with a safe and confidential space to discuss their concerns and work towards their goals.
